Reetu brings over 14 years of experience in business and people operations, working for a range of companies in entertainment management, private equity, multimedia marketing, and technology / SaaS.

She has successfully executed national marketing campaigns for clients such as Venmo and Lyft, championed DEI and employee engagement through developing a global Employee Resource Group program for over 750 employees, and created exceptional experiences through planning corporate and public events of up to 1,000 attendees. Reetu is passionate about bringing ideas to fruition, building connections and culture, and providing outstanding client service.

In addition to serving as Powerhouse Group’s Director of Operations & Project Management, Reetu also serves as Program Director of Powerhouse Cares – the agency's community outreach initiative designed to give back to the communities we serve and are a part of. Reetu has been an avid community volunteer for years, helping in areas of food insecurity, human rights, animal welfare, and refugee support. With Powerhouse Cares, she is excited to further a mission of service with the team.

Reetu holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.B.A., and SHRM-CP certification. A native of the suburbs of Boston and current Brooklynite, Reetu enjoys traveling, reading, and catching up on the latest TV shows and movies.
